Some church building affiliated prayer rooms may be specific to their church community, however, it's worth emailing reception if you are keen to spend time in their prayer room. This is a 24/7 prayer room that has been running since 2013. Open to the public. Note: it is a Perpetual Adoration Chapel – Catholics believe that Jesus is present in the consecrated host (Eucharist, Communion) which is on the altar so they ask that people respect that space.
